Admission to Little Rays of Sunshine Group Family Daycare.

 Families may enroll children at any time. Acceptance is based on space availability. Once a non-refundable registration fee is paid and a contract has been signed, then your child will be officially enrolled and has been added to our waiting list.

Registration Fee and 1/2 month security deposit needed to secure a space

 

 Non-refundable Registration Fee

$200.00 + first week tuition 

  

The following is required prior to starting:

 

1. A completed registration form

2. A signed contract and parents handbook form

3. A completed Health Department medical form

4. Registration and deposit fees

 

Forms for each child's file are required to be completed prior to the first day of child care. Children must have a current health department medical form at the time of enrolment.
